Nice gym where everyone is welcome. You can exercise together, but also enjoy yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne sportschool. Alles is beschikbaar. Ruimtelijk warm tijdens de winter en cool tijdens de zomer. Mist soms wat begeleiding voor beginnende sporters.
Het schijnt dat je abonnement opzeggen zeer dramatisch verloopt: geen klantenservice bereikbaar. En er blijft maandelijks te worden geïncasseerd na digitale opzegging.
Great gym. Everything is available. Spaciously warm during the winter and cool during the summer. Sometimes lacks some guidance for novice athletes.
It seems that canceling your subscription is very dramatic: no customer service available. And there will continue to be monthly payments after digital cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles op elkaar gedrukt in het pand en erg onlogisch ingedeeld. Miste enkele kabelstations wat langere wachttijden veroorzaakt. Ook maar 1 normale bench, geen decline bench aanwezig. Toestellen in matige staat. Voorbeeld --> bij vele paddecks mistte een aantal gewichtstikkers.
Everything pressed together in the building and very illogically arranged. Missed some cable stations causing longer waiting times. Also only 1 normal bench, no decline bench available. Appliances in moderate condition. Example -> on many paddecks a number of weight stickers were missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom letterlijk om 18:00 aan, heb om 17:45 gereserveerd.. en vervolgens kom ik niet meer naar binnen omdat het systeem 17:59 je alleen nog binnenlaat. (Meisje met blond haar) Dit getuigd niet van een bepaald niveau en intelligentie hoe jullie met je klanten om gaan. Vanwege Corona is het begrijpelijk dat er strenge regels zijn, maar de toon en de manier waarop is ronduit onfatsoenlijk en het gaat tenslotte om 1minuut. Te triest voor woorden !! In amsterdam zit ik bij sportcity de andere helft van de maand en nog nooit in 7 jaar zoiets mee gemaakt.
I literally arrive at 6:00 PM, made a reservation at 5:45 PM .. and then I don't come in anymore because the system 5:59 PM only lets you in. (Blonde-haired girl) This does not attest to a certain level and intelligence how you treat your customers. Because of Corona it is understandable that there are strict rules, but the tone and manner is downright indecent and after all, it is about 1 minute. Too sad for words !! In Amsterdam I spend the other half of the month at sportcity and I have never experienced anything like this in 7 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie sportschool. Jammer bij eerste keer dat je alles zelf moet uitzoeken geen begeleiding niets. Alles moet je via de app doen heb een jaar abbonement. Dan zeg ik het wel op.
Nice gym. Too bad the first time you have to figure everything out yourself, no guidance, nothing. You have to do everything via the app, have a year subscription. Then I'll cancel it.
