J	Judith V E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De dierenartsen en de assistentes op de vestiging zelf zijn over het algemeen erg kundig en lief/ zorgzaam naar de dieren en sympathiek t.o.v hun baasjes. De telefoon- kwaliteiten daarentegen willen nogal eens verschillen. Ervaring leert dat er ( in het algemeen) nogal laatdunkend over telefonistes wordt gedaan, maar het is echt een vak om iemand aan de telefoon goed te woord te kunnen staan en/of te helpen. Dat wordt hier ook nogal onderschat. Ook de afspraak maken kost erg veel (wacht)tijd. Tien minuten naar het wacht-muziekje luisteren is vrij normaal. Ook de tijd tussen de afspraak maken en langskomen is lang, dat komt doordat het erg druk is bij ze. De prijzen zijn wel duidelijk en meestal acceptabel. Als je kunt wachten en de wat klungelige telefoon behandeling voor lief neemt absoluut wel een aanrader. Uiteindelijk gaat het immers om de zorg voor je huisdier. Daar zijn ze gewoon wel goed in! The vets and assistants at the location itself are generally very knowledgeable and loving/caring towards the animals and sympathetic to their owners. The telephone qualities, on the other hand, tend to differ. Experience shows that (in general) people are rather disdainful about telephone operators, but it is really a profession to be able to speak to and/or help someone on the phone. That is also quite underestimated here. Making the appointment also takes a lot of (waiting) time. Listening to the music on hold for ten minutes is quite normal. The time between making an appointment and coming by is also long, because it is very busy at their place. The prices are clear and usually acceptable. If you can wait and take the somewhat clumsy telephone handling for granted, it is definitely recommended. After all, it is all about caring for your pet. They are just good at that!

Het is wel zoals de naam al zegt basic, niet dat je na een ingreep nog gebeld wordt hoe het gaat oid, maar dat vind ik ook niet nodig. Ben tevreden! I always get good help, good tips and can usually go quickly. Great vet! As the name suggests, it is basic, not that you will be called after surgery to see how things are going, but I don't think that's necessary either. Am satisfied!
