Bespaar jezelf de moeite en het geld. Weird bad! When you indicate yourself that you are in doubt whether this will help you further, you will be ridiculed. Then they send a bill that is not correct. Save yourself the effort and money.
e	eva pronk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zo slecht. Begrijp dat er zoiets is als een no show beleid maar serieus als je 50 euro moet betalen als je echt ziek bent is niet normaal. Jullie crisisdienst slaat tevens ook nergens op, je wordt gewoon aan je lot overgelaten. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld. So bad. Understand that there is such a thing as a no show policy but seriously if you have to pay 50 euros when you are really sick it is not normal. Your crisis service also makes no sense, you are simply left to your own devices. I'm very disappointed.

Eerder liep ik bij het UMCG wat echt verschrikkelijk was. Als je inderdaad zonder respect wordt behandeld je voelt weinig voor je behandeling/behandelaar trek dan op tijd aan de bel. Ik hoop dat zoveel mogelijk mensen net zoals ik wél een positieve ervaring zullen hebben. Posted this comment because I'm a bit shocked at all the other comments. Personally I have been very well helped here. Earlier I walked at the UMCG which was really terrible. If you are indeed treated without respect, you do not feel much for your treatment / therapist, then ring the bell in time. I hope that as many people as possible will have a positive experience just like me.

Ook hier wil ik mij verontschuldigen voor mijn gedrag, met name mijn hoofdbehandelaar, niet te verwarren met mijn praktische behandelaar, (ticket pls) wil ik graag bedanken. Ik zat in een ontzettende vervelende situatie en deze guy heeft niks anders gedaan dan mij te helpon. Ook wil ik het Rotterdamse meisje bedanken dat bij dit gesprek zat. Fan-Tas-Tische meid, oh en mevrouw Post uit ede. Oh en ik wil graag nog de receptioniste bedanken die een vriend van mij te woord stond met "Ooooooooooooooh meneer Basnet" #FUCKTR0MP, heb inmiddels een Numerus Fixus ;) Yes I am again. Lentis heeft even een gesprekje met hem, bevinden hem volwassen en nadenkend genoeg om zijn eigen keuzes te kunnen maken en laten het erbij. Geen verdere behandeling en afgemaakte zaak. Nu zit hij nog steeds op het randje van de dood te bungelen door depressie aanvallen. Bespaar jezelf de moeite en energie! Nooit bij Lentis. Absoluut niet professioneel! Bizarrely bad! An acquaintance came here because of a suicide attempt. Lentis has a little chat with him, finds him mature and thoughtful enough to make his own choices and let it be. No further treatment and case finished. Now he is still on the brink of death from bouts of depression. Save yourself the trouble and energy! Never at Lentis. Definitely not professional!
