About Bass Muziek | Muziekschool Groningen

Na een flinke zoektocht naar een geschikt pand is muziekschool Bass Muziek in oktober 2011 begonnen met de eerste gitaarlessen op de Singelweg 1 in Groningen. Al snel werd dit aanbod uitgebreid met basgitaarles en contrabasles. In 2012 hebben we het aanbod muzieklessen verder uitgebreid met pianoles, saxofoonles en zangles. Na de zomervakantie van 2013 zijn we gestart met drumles en keyboardles, waardoor we aan steeds meer muziekwensen kunnen voldoen. De drumlessen worden in een professioneel ingerichte studio van Muziek Organisatie Noord gegeven, op de Bieslookstraat 23 te Groningen.

Veel mogelijkheden om eigen muziek te kiezen en aan te geven wat je wilt met je lessen, nieuwe dingen te leren. Nu even er uit wegens werk, fijn dat ze daarin flexibel zijn. Good experience, took piano lessons for two years. Young teachers. Many possibilities to choose your own music and indicate what you want with your lessons, to learn new things. Now off because of work, nice that they are flexible.

De docenten waren zeer bekwaam in hun vak, piano spelen en hierin lesgeven leek ze makkelijk af te gaan. Bovendien waren ze erg vriendelijk en flexibel, wat zorgde voor een aangename en informele sfeer tijdens de lessen. De ervaring met de muziekschool zelf was ook erg prettig, er werd meegedacht over het plan en de lesdagen en ook in de communicatie omtrent wijzigingen in de corona-richtlijnen waren ze erg duidelijk en tijdig. Al met al kan ik het een ieder aanraden om bij Bass Muziek lessen te nemen! Followed music lessons from October 2020 to September 2021. The teachers were very skilled in their profession, playing the piano and teaching them seemed easy. In addition, they were very friendly and flexible, which created a pleasant and informal atmosphere during the lessons. The experience with the music school itself was also very pleasant, they were very clear and timely in the communication about changes in the corona guidelines. All in all, I can recommend everyone to take lessons with Bass Music!

When applied for a trial lesson they were so nice and welcoming that I decided to stay and learn how to play the piano. The teacher is great and the music school as well. I could even follow lessons in English, since I cannot speak Dutch myself. In general, highly recomended.

Bassmuziek was the closest school to me so I thought I would just contact the given telephone number to ask a few questions and see where it goes. Within a couple of hours I had enough info and a free taster lesson set up. Now my guitar lessons are not just a source of inspiration and knowledge but I also get hints on how to get more involved in the local music scene ( jam sessions, concerts etc..)

Scheduling around my child's complex school schedule was not a problem for them at all. During the Corona lockdown they made the temporary transition to online lessons quickly and easily.
