★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff at the reception. Rooms are modern, slightly minimalistic. Location is at the edge of the center. The bar doesn't have much selection. Overall the hotel is a nice surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The location was great - just a short walk to the Centrum. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a little small but just fine considering all we needed it for was to sleep. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice variety of hot and cold food and drink choices. The underground parking was also a plus (and for an excellent price) and we really appreciated being able to leave our car after we checked out until we were ready to head home. We would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in a great location, walking distance from Arnhem Centraal, the shopping area, restaurants, the river. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The room was huge! Clean and comfortable and quiet, with small kitchen, fridge, safe, and great powerful rain shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed is excellent, room is tidy and clean. Just little details that can make it so much better. Shower area becomes really wet allover, something to pull the water on the drain would be handy. Location of the towels over the toilet is not handy for people with less hight. More shelves would be a good idea and a couple of coat hangers near the door as well.
Friendly service, good hotel, can easily be made better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get place, book for one day stayed for 3. Front desk employees fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Very secure building everything must be accessed by card provided for room entry. Elevator, and lights. Even the chef was hospital. I highly recommend this venue
