β β β β β Okay. We checked in around 9:00pm. The room is tiny. The heater is not working. I have go to front desk to asked them 3 times about it. The first time they told me to wait one hours for the heater getting warmed. Then I have already waited 1hr, the heater is still cold. The stuff told me that there will be someone come to help. Nobody come by.
I have to go and asked again.
The stuff said that the main controls of heating is closed because itβs summer. Seriously? In September????????? I know the temperature is changing all the times.But what if I feel cold during night?
And I have to go ask about this again and again? If I didnβt go to ask then nobody will tell me whatβs going on with this heater? Good to know!
The price is okay. Just for sleep. Very impressed that in September I canβt open the heater. Summer is almost end it.

β β β β β The staff at the Bastion Hotel are top notch could not ask for better service. Brigitte at the front desk is sweet, caring and knowledgeable while Joey behind the bar is attentive and always has a welcoming smile.. it like coming home

β β β β β The worst I've seen is today.
Cleaning and only once and has a time from 9:30 to 12:00 meet the rule and is very basic.
Breakfast departs at 9am and not another minute and if you order something after that time you can not because it closes at 9am even if you have already paid for the small lunch. Not to say that as a rule and need to ask to reset on time because no one cares.
I do not advise anyone because a hotel should be to enjoy rest and with a good cleaning and here is very difficult.

β β β β β Good hotel, good cleaning. But breakfast is not very well. eggs, sausages, bacon, yogurt and flakes. At the same price in the hotel nearby, we received much better breakfast and good resraraunt for dinner.

β β β β β Clean, comfortable. The bathroom light was not really working, it was blinking all the time. It felt like being in some club. The restaurant had just a really small menu on the weekend, bascally one meat, one fish and one vegetarian dish. I didn't take breakfast, so can't comment on that.

β β β β β Friendly, helpful staff & rooms clean & comfortable. Only slight issue was breakfast menu was a bit limited, especially for the price but overall would be acceptable as a place to stay.
One issue to be aware of is the taxi company that the hotel reception arranged for us, turned an 8 minute journey into a 16 minute one, & charged us over 40 euros..
