★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een batterij besteld die helaas niet werkte. Na een mail hierover bleek dat het product niet meer voorradig was. Uiteindelijk goed op de hoogte gehouden over de status en een nieuwe batterij ontvangen. Top service!
Ordered a battery that unfortunately did not work. After an email about this it appeared that the product was no longer available. Eventually kept well informed about the status and received a new battery. Top service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fietsbatterij van ebike laten repareren. Revisie bleek niet nodig, alleen zekering stuk. Netjes en snel gefikst voor afgesproken bedrag voor onderzoek.
Have the ebike bicycle battery repaired. Overhaul turned out not to be necessary, only broken fuse. Neatly and quickly fixed for an agreed amount for research.
