I can’t say anything other than that their service is excellent, delivery time super fast, they are transparent on items that have perhaps been delayed (so far only Corona-related), and their prices are very competitive. All in all a very reliable and a shop that I will keep coming back to. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold the order I put in a full down payment for. When looking for alternatives at the store there was nothing they could do. Customer service would be able help out though.
After very slow interactions it went absolutely nowhere and I can only conclude that what they told me in the store, was to get rid of me.
Super cheap to publicly respond there's no record of this incident, where it would pop up immediately if you would just search for my name. I'm not surprised though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best big music store in town. The place is cozy and fill up with good options for guitar. You have space to try things you like in a reserved way and there is a nice staff (built my home studio based on the help and patience of the guy who works there). It is my go-to place whenever I want to fell inspired or looking for some new gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a guitar directly into the store because they had it in stock at the different location of bax. Guitar came after couple of days and I picked it up from the bax shop rotterdam. Turned out I was sold guitar with fretbord as dry as sands of sahara with wood cracked on sides and blemishes on the finish. Came back to return it and maybe switch it to something else similair. I was about to get some other guitar but waiting for 15 minutes till employee finishes telling life stories with other customer was way too much. Now I have to wait 7 days for money refund and considering the other reviews I'm doubting if I will get back my 600 euro on time. I'm not thinking about doing any buisness with this store in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After key music moved to their new location in Rotterdam, their atmosphere or ambiance was gone.
So I went to Bax to see what they had in store. And boy, did i walk into a pleasant surprise.
A super cozy store, with friendly staff. And basically every piece of music equipment you can think of all under one roof.
I'm so glad I found you. I'm never going back!
