β β β β β Horrible experience. Bad customer service. 11 weeks my product has been sent back (for the second time, as the first time they said they "fixed it" but didn't!) for repairs. Haven't heard anything from them on a status, even when inquired about the product they couldn't tell me a thing.

β β β β β This is the worst store to order from, they are UNREACHABLE AND UNCONTACTABLE, they DO NOT reply to emails and the customer service is not existent. As of today, 5th of octoberβ21 my parcel is late by over 2 weeks and there has been no update regarding that.
THIS IS A SCAM.

β β β β β Ordered studio monitors and it said they would arrive last Friday, well it's now the following Tuesday and they're still not here. We need them urgently...should have driven to pick them up ourselves, not happy.

β β β β β Shop in Goes is nice and people are friendly but delivery is just terrible. DHL always claims you are not home. It happened to me with 2 orders (both guitars) and it was always message that it couldn't be delivered because I was not home, even though I was. I even left a note on the door that I am home! They are just too lazy as the package is big so they claim you were not home instead of delivering it. In case you want a guitar, go there physically or find another store which will be able to deliver.
