I will certainly look here first when shopping!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an Unico Verona Caravanluifel and a Verona Portaalwand in 2019.
The consultation in the store was good, the tent is of good quality and it can be build up easily by 1 person.
However, after 1 year the long zip to mount the Portaalwand to the main tent broke (first time used). I contacted Bax but even if I offered to have the zip replaced by a professional tentmaker in my hometown (to avoid shipping costs for BAX) they strictly denied to accept the complaint and to send a new zip.
Summary: good quality but if you have a complaint later they leave you alone!!
I would clearly not recommend to buy anything here as they don't care about warranty!!
Extremely disappointed.
