β β β β β Een boksschool(BBG) gevestigd in Schilderswijk. Een eigenaar met een mooie visie. Het is niet alleen boksschool, maar een sportschool waar vooral bij jongeren veel respect, normen en waarden wordt bijgebracht. Afspraken nakomen en discipline en omgang met alle culturen. Het is mooi om dit te zien.
Ik heb zelf al een jaar personal training van de heer Said. Als je denkt dat je niet meer kan dat weet je dat je op 50 procent zit. Hij kan zeer goed gedoseerd je grenzen laten zoeken zonder dat men een blessure aan overhoudt. Ik raad zeker BBG aan.
A boxing gym (BBG) located in Schilderswijk. An owner with a beautiful vision. It is not just a boxing gym, but a gym where a lot of respect, standards and values ββare taught, especially among young people. Keeping agreements and discipline and dealing with all cultures. It is nice to see this.
I have had personal training from Mr Said myself for a year now. If you think that you can no longer do that, you know that you are at 50 percent. He can allow you to find your limits very well dosed without causing an injury. I definitely recommend BBG.

β β β β β Ik ben nu 3x geweest in de avond voor vrouwen. Het is niet duur, de tijden zijn perfect voor de moeders en de begeleiders zijn super gemotiveerd. Ik wil niet afvallen maar op kracht komen en mijn conditie verbeteren. Het lukte me niet meer in mijn eentje naar sport school te gaan. Maar deze groepslessen volg ik met plezier. Als ik thuis kom dan voel ik me echt relax! En eerste les is gratis.
I have now been 3x in the evening for women. It is not expensive, the times are perfect for the mothers and the supervisors are super motivated. I don't want to lose weight but gain strength and improve my condition. I couldn't go to gym on my own anymore. But I enjoy these group lessons. When I come home I feel really relaxed! And the first lesson is free.
