★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet heel groot. Ik heb een Chromecast gekocht en heb duidelijk en voldoende uitleg gekregen over wifi versterkers. Een winkel waar je netjes geholpen wordt en ze de tijd voor je nemen, dat zie je niet meer overal.
Not very big. I bought a Chromecast and received a clear and sufficient explanation about WiFi amplifiers. A store where you are properly helped and they take the time for you, you don't see that everywhere anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel wist eigenlijk niks over de producten waar ik vragen over had. Ik ga naar een winkel voor vragen en advies, maar kreeg dit zeker niet. Verkoper kwam ongemotiveerd over. Personeel goed opleiden in een zaak als dit zou toch hoog in het vaandel moeten staan. Zonde!
Staff actually knew nothing about the products I had questions about. I go to a shop for questions and advice, but certainly didn't get this. Seller came across as unmotivated. Training staff properly in a business like this should be a top priority. Shame!
