★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In juni zijn wij door Budgetair op de hoogte gebracht van de annulering van onze vliegreis. Nu 2 maanden later nog geen enkel inhoudelijk voorstel van Budgetair mogen ontvangen. De reis had een maand geleden plaats moeten vinden. We hebben via de creditcardmaatschappij de kosten terug gevraagd. Budgetair betwist dat zij de kosten, bijna 3 duizend euro, terug moeten betalen. Waardeloos dat we geen enkele inhoudelijke reactie hebben mogen ontvangen. Dan te weten dat BudgetAir, Travix eigendom zijn van de BCD Group, het familiebedrijf van John Fentener van Vlissingen. Je zou hier toch meer van verwachten.
In June we were informed by Budgetair of the cancellation of our flight. Now, 2 months later, not yet allowed to receive any substantive proposal from Budgetair. The trip should have taken place a month ago. We have requested a refund through the credit card company. Budgetair disputes that they have to pay back the costs, almost 3 thousand euros. Worthless that we were not allowed to receive any substantive response. Then to know that BudgetAir, Travix are owned by the BCD Group, the family business of John Fentener van Vlissingen. You would expect more from this anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope no one has to call their "emergency" line during an emergency situation. I was at stuck on the line for more than an hour. This happened to other callers too. Very poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every month employees should have to send 50 e-mails asking where their salary is and be ignored for a year, then directed to a third party that has no responsibility for providing it, then have some of their pay appear 18 months later with no apology or explanation.
