Met Rachel als kundig empatisch coach, die, als duidelijk is dat er tegen een barrière wordt opgelopen, tijd neemt om een afslag te nemen om die barrière te beslechten. En de technieken gaan een leven lang mee als je wilt. Wat mij betreft is Rachel met MBR een aanrader.
