★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid nearly 50€ to wait almost an hour for my food. I did not even receive a compensation for my lost time. These are minutes of my life I will never get back. And the food wasn’t that great. Would not recommend. The music was terrible, only bad remakes of great songs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy place with a good atmosphere with fireplaces al over (we visited in autumn on a rainy noon). Service was friendly. The lunch we had was tasty but minimal sized. A little overpriced in my opinion. On a place like this kibbeling should be fresh in stead of deepfreezed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh man... We sat down here and ordered 2 lemonades and 2 sandwiches by QR code. Tips are automatically included (or you need to manually type in "€0") even though there is no table service. They also ask you to pay for the toilets (not mandatory but "highly appreciated" even if you're a paying customer). After waiting 30 minutes without receiving anything, my partner walked up to a manager. Turns out we didn't include our table number in the online order, but we couldn't ever figure out where we were supposed to enter a table number. Our lemonades were apparently made but nobody cared to figure out where we were. They gave us the lemonades that tasted like they were made 30 minutes ago (they cost €5 a piece). We asked for fresh ones and were served the exact same drinks in a different glass (still bland, no fizz even though they were supposed to be sparkling). My partner got an attitude from the manager and no apology whatsoever. Giving two stars because a friendly waitress saw us not enjoying the drinks and made sure we received ACTUAL fresh ones. The sandwiches were nice but way overpriced. I do NOT recommend going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the new service system via QR code. So easy and relaxing to just order straight from your phone when you are ready. In-tune with corona regulations etc. Also food was just the right portion and very yummy ?. Espresso martini was delicious ?
