Na wat vertraging heb ik uitgebreide informatie ontvangen. Ik moet nu nog zelf gaan bedenken voor welke van de 3 mogelijke beamers ik uiteindelijk ga. In November I had some questions after visiting the website. First contacted by telephone and later by email the requested information sent. After some delay I received extensive information. I now have to think for myself of which of the 3 possible projectors I will ultimately go for.

Toen ik aangaf dat ik erop had gerekend door de website dat deze spullen te huur waren, gaf de eigenaar aan dat dat mijn probleem was, en dat 'het nu hier zo eenmaal werkt'. Zo zie je maar dat ook wanneer je een klant niet kunt helpen, je toch mee kunt denken en service kunt verlenen. Top! Daarnaast ook eerdere ervaringen met aanschaf van beamers en bevestigingsmaterialen en alles altijd op tijd en naar tevredenheid. Een aanrader. I received super support and service from Sam, who sent me a new camera and also another model for me to test (per my request) if this was model issue or laptop. I received quick reactions via email and was very pleased with the service. As it was near impossible to receive any service from Logitech it was really nice that Sam took the time to help and sort things out. Thanks for great customer service.
