★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to sit in the sun. This park contains plenty of benches for those willing to take a break. It covers a large area and is rarely crowded. Besides larger areas of vegetation there is also plenty of water. You can also visit a couple of ruins as this area used to be part of a defensive structure protecting the area more than 200 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park with plenty of space to sift around and have a barbecue, meal etc. Except for the water tapping point and the café on one of the forts, there are no services here so plan to bring your own food and drink. The place is open to dogs and many people walk their dogs. The guarded playground (limited opening hours) is is nice for kids up to around 10 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful park to have a nice evening walk or a bike ride. There are some reminiscents of a old Fort inside the park. Plenty of waterways flow through the park and you can so see plenty of birdlife here.
