J	John MacPhisto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste mensen uit Horst en omstreken, Koop uw sieraden niet in deze winkel en maak met deze juwelier geen afspraken; het personeel, een vrouwspersoon, neemt het niet al te nauw met uw consumentenrecht. Personeelslid, een vrouwspersoon, is niet aan te spreken op het niet nakomen van beloften. De dame is formeel, ijskoud en empathieloos. Haar hierop aanspreken is ook onmogelijk; in mijn geval begon ze zelfs op mij te schelden. Ik moet dan ook constateren dat (normaal) communiceren niet binnen haar bereik ligt. Terwijl ik mijn recht als consument wil halen, bestaat deze dame het stellen dat zij geen partij is en niet genegen is om mij mijn geld terug te geven, waar ik volgens het consumentenrecht recht op heb. Bedrijven die betrouwbaar zijn geven hun klanten rust en zekerheid. Deze onbetrouwbare juwelier creëert verwarring en onrust, omdat hij niet doet wat hij zegt. In het verlengende van voorafgaande vraag ik mij in vredesnaam af hoe Trendjuwelier Beau Belle dergelijke ”zwakbegaafde” personeelsleden in dienst kan nemen. Tot slot, om deze review te kunnen plaatsen moet ik 1 ster aangeven, maar 1 ster is nog teveel voor deze juwelier. Ik kom op min 5 sterren, daar kan deze zaak het meedoen. Dear people from Horst and surroundings, Do not buy your jewelry in this store and do not make agreements with this jeweler; the personnel, a female person, does not take it too seriously with your consumer law. Staff member, a female person, cannot be held accountable for not keeping promises. The lady is formal, ice cold and empathetic. Addressing her about this is also impossible; in my case she even started to curse at me. I have to conclude that (normal) communication is not within her reach. While I want to get my right as a consumer, this lady is saying that she is not a party and is not willing to give me my money back, which I am entitled to under consumer law. Companies that are reliable give their customers peace and security. This unreliable jeweler creates confusion and unrest because he doesn't do what he says. In the extension of the foregoing, for heaven's sake I wonder how Trend Jeweler Beau Belle can employ such "infirm" employees. Finally, to post this review I have to indicate 1 star, but 1 star is still too much for this jeweler. I get minus 5 stars, this is where this business can participate.
j	joop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwam vandaag langs om mijn horlogebandje te laten verstellen die ik net gekocht had via internet. Kreeg gelijk te horen dat ze er überhaupt niet ging proberen wat het horloge kan nep zijn als t van Internet af komt... slechte service en ze heeft me gewoon weg gestuurd. Zal er zeker niet heen gaan als jullie was ga maar beter naar Litjes (was toevallig dicht omdat ze nu op vakantie zijn dus had geen keuze om hier heen te gaan) Popped in today to have my watch strap adjusted which I just bought over the internet. Was told right away that she wasn't going to try at all what the watch could be fake if it comes off the Internet ... bad service and she just sent me away. Definitely will not go if you guys better go to Litjes (happened to be closed because they are on vacation now so had no choice to go here)
