Drie weken moeten wachten op de levering van het bestelde product. Product retour gezonden, maar bijna een maand later is het bedrag nog steeds niet teruggestort. Herhaaldelijk contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, maar alleen te horen gekregen dat de retourzending ontvangen was en nog verwerkt moest worden.
Have to wait three weeks for the delivery of the ordered product. Product returned, but almost a month later the amount has still not been refunded. Contacted customer service repeatedly, only to be told that the return had been received and had yet to be processed.

Op 1 januari voor € 800,00 aan Hue matrialen besteld en tot op heden niks binnen. Hier besteld omdat ze beloven snel te leveren zodat ik door kan met mn klus. Bij Post NL staat het pakket wel aangemeld maar nog niet ontvangen of verwerkt Klantenservice gebeld en had ze snel aan de lijn. Hier gaven ze aan dat het probleem bij Post NL lag en dat het pakket hun magazijn had verlaten. De oplossing was nu om een nieuwe bestelling te leveren. Nu na drie dagen staat er bij Post NL opnieuw de zelfde melding "pakket is aangemeld of word verwerkt". Mijn ervaring met PostNL is altijd goed maar nu dus helemaal niet???? vind het nogal twijfelachtig wat Beaumotica doet. Hoop dat ik de bestelling volgende week wel binnen krijg.
Ordered Hue materials for € 800.00 on January 1, and have not received anything to date. Ordered here because they promise to deliver quickly so I can continue with my job. The package is registered with Post NL but has not yet been received or processed Called customer service and had them on the line quickly. Here they indicated that the problem was with Post NL and that the package had left their warehouse. The solution now was to deliver a new order. Now after three days Post NL again shows the same message "package has been registered or is being processed". My experience with PostNL has always been good, but now not at all???? find it rather questionable what Beaumotica does. Hopefully I will receive the order next week.

No answer to emails Item is out of stock but listed as available Needed to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back !! AVOID !!!!

Don't reply on any mails, don't pick up phones. I order some think week a go and ofcours I don't get nothing. Very bed company, I will never recommend to no body.

Any problems with new Philips Hue products and Beaumotica will not solve them for you despite the fact that I've spend more that 1000 Euros at this place.

Think twice before you buy something online. Once I realised my order was taking too long, I contacted them and they said products they sold were not in stock. I cancelled my order almost 2 months ago and so far sent them three reminders but no refund yet! It looks like they are ripping off customers who don’t follow up on their refund requests. Complete loss of time and energy.
