Altijd heel vriendelijk en gezellig en natuurlijk heel vakkundig. Zeker aan te raden :) Been to Jipke before for eyelash extensions that are super nice and neat and now also for hair removal treatment. Always very friendly and pleasant and of course very professional. Definitely recommend :)

Już przy umawianiu na zabieg musiałam pani przesłać zdiecie z voucher, wydało mi się bardzo dziwne ale okey. Parę dni przed wizytą napisała mi pani że jej partner ma Coronavirus i że jak ona będzie miała objawy to ona nie pracuje, i że będziemy w kontakcie. Do dnia wizyty nic nie słyszałam a jak zadzwoniła w dniu wizyty i powiedziałam ze mogę się 5 min spóźnić to mi powiedziała że będzie miała za mało czasu na zabieg. Pieniążki oczywiście już miała bo po to jej był kupon z social deal do umówienia wizyty. Łatwo zarobione pieniądze. I bought myself an eyelash lamination from the aforementioned social deal. Already when arranging the procedure, I had to send you a photo with the voucher, it seemed very strange to me, but okey. A few days before the visit, you wrote to me that her partner had Coronavirus and that if she had symptoms, she would not work and that we would be in touch. Until the day of the visit, I did not hear anything and when she called on the day of the visit and told me that I might be 5 minutes late, she told me that she would not have enough time for the procedure. Of course, she already had money because that was why she had a coupon with a social deal to make an appointment. Easily earned money.

Ik ben bij veel salons geweest en Jipke is tot nu toe de enige waarbij ik mijn wimpers wil laten zetten: de wimpers zitten prachtig, ze worden snel gezet en Jipke is ook altijd eerlijk als ze denkt dat iets niet mooi zal staan. Ik ben erg tevreden :) Jipke puts super beautiful eyelashes! I have been to many salons and so far Jipke is the only one where I want to get my lashes: the lashes are beautiful, they are set quickly and Jipke is always honest if she thinks something won't look good. I am very satisfied :)

Goede adviezen en de borsteltjes en wimperfoam werken dan ook erg goed. Ik ben meer dan tevreden over de mooie resultaten! Ook zijn de afspraken altijd gezellig. Ik kom zeker vaker! Als een behandeling 45 minuten duurt, je 30 minuten hebt behandeld en 15 minuten op je telefoon hebt gezeten ben jij een oplichter. De one by one lashes hebben gaten, je hebt niet elke wimper beplakt en weigert een oplossing te vinden. Ook zonder garantie voor de gaten heb ik recht op of 15 minuten nog wimpers vullen of het bedrag van 15 minuten terugkrijgen. Ik betaal je niet om op je telefoon te zitten. Er is een Corona toeslag en niets wordt ontsmet. Dear Jipke, Calling someone a scammer is not threatening or berating. You may post the proof if it exists. If a treatment lasts 45 minutes, you treated 30 minutes and spent 15 minutes on your phone, you are a scammer. The one by one lashes have holes, you have not covered every lash and refuse to find a solution. Even without a guarantee for the holes, I am entitled to either 15 minutes of filling lashes or to get the amount of 15 minutes back. I'm not paying you to sit on your phone. There is a Corona surcharge and nothing is disinfected.
P	Paula langen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onprofessionele dame die niet weet wat klantvriendelijkheid is en een zogenaamde band probeert op te bouwen met haar klanten door te socialiseren waarbij ze scheldwoorden gebruikt om haar eigen uit te drukken. Of te wel een kleine meid. Daarnaast vielen me wimper extensions er al na 4 dagen uit waardoor ik enorme gaten had. Jipke weigerde dit op te vullen. Opvullen kon alleen als ik extra zou betalen of haar foam zou kopen, want dan pas had ik een garantie volgens haar. Ik heb al jaren wimper extensions en zoiets belachelijks nog nooit meegemaakt. Daarnaast ben ik bij meerdere salons geweest door heel Nederland en bestaat er nergens de onzinnige regel dat gaten niet worden opgevuld binnen een week, tenzij je de zogenaamde foam van Jipke koopt want die maakt alles goed volgens haar. Salon heeft veel potentie, maar eigenaresse is waardeloos. Unprofessional lady who doesn't know what customer service is and tries to build a so called bond with her customers by socializing using swear words to express herself. Or a little girl. In addition, my eyelash extensions fell out after 4 days, leaving me with huge holes. Jipke refused to fill this in. Filling was only possible if I would pay extra or buy her foam, because only then would I have a guarantee, according to her. I've had eyelash extensions for years and never experienced anything so ridiculous. In addition, I have been to several salons throughout the Netherlands and there is no such thing as the nonsensical rule that holes are not filled within a week, unless you buy the so-called foam from Jipke, which makes everything right according to her. Salon has a lot of potential, but owner is worthless.
