★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beauty Essence Bussum is echt een hele fijne salon. Nargis weet goed wat ze doet, en waar ze mee bezig is. Ze heeft super veel kennis, en is heel betrokken bij haar klanten. Ik kom er al een hele lange tijd voor lashlifting, en wanneer er ook maar een paar wimpers niet goed zaten, wilde ze mij altijd helpen naar het perfecte resultaat. Ze gaat alleen voor de beste kwaliteit. Echt een aanrader!
Beauty Essence Bussum is a really nice salon. Nargis knows what she is doing and what she is doing. She has a lot of knowledge and is very involved with her customers. I have been coming there for a long time for lashlifting, and when even a few lashes were wrong, she always wanted to help me get the perfect result. She only goes for the best quality. Really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience in this place. I came for a nails service: old polish removal and manicure.
The staff there is very friendly and nice, but that was it. The nail specialist was underqualified and basically destroyed my nails by using the fraise very inaccurate, burning and removing the top layer of the nail itself. The gel polish I had was very thick, and I admit it, but I have never met a specialist who would do such a bad job with removing it (and I’ve been doing my nails for many years). My nail plate is all uneven now and I can see where she took out too much, it hurts as well. Also she did the manicure but I don’t see any result, the cuticle is still there and the form of the nails is not even. Probably that’s why I paid 20 eur only - because the owner saw the results and charged me for the polish removal only, but when I tried to raise the question about the quality of work done, she confronted me that it’s my fault that cover was too thick. I was in a rush (cause it also took longer than I expected) so didn’t argue further but I should have. I don’t recommend the nail service here. It’ll take a few months for my nails to recover from this.
