β β β β β De eerste keer dat ik hier heen ging ben ik prima geholpen, maar de tweede keer was niet erg klantvriendelijk. Bij aankomst bleek dat ze een dubbele afspraak gepland hadden en werd ik daardoor eigenlijk meteen weer weggestuurd, op een niet bijzonder aardige manier. Ik had al vooraf betaald via Treatwell, maar ook daar konden ze niet mee helpen: "Bel treatwell en regel het daar."
The first time I went here I was helped very well, but the second time was not very customer friendly. On arrival it turned out that they had planned a double appointment and I was actually immediately sent away again, in a not very nice way. I had already paid in advance through Treatwell, but they couldn't help with that either: "Call treatwell and arrange it there."
