Super leuke pakket kunnen halen voor me aanstaande en ben echt super goed geholpen.
Bij binnenkomst werd ik barmhartig verwelkomd, vervolgens is ze me gaan helpen tussen alle 100e geuren.
Naar de geur die ik zocht was ik de naam vergeten (Lancôme la vi est belle).
Ik was meer op zoek naar zo n leuke gift box die was er helaas niet, maar daar had ze wel een nog leukere oplossing voor.
Super leuk ingepakt met van alles bij gekregen.
Al met al echt een aanrader.
After the closure due to COVID-19, they are finally open again.
I was able to pick up a super nice package for me soon and I really helped.
Upon entering I was mercifully welcomed, then she started helping me among all the 100th scents.
I had forgotten the name for the fragrance I was looking for (Lancôme la vi est belle).
I was more looking for such a nice gift box that was unfortunately not available, but she had an even better solution for that.
Super nicely packed with everything.
All in all, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service!! 3 people from the staff organizing shelfs and nobody available for payment. A number of at leatst 6 customer waiting fof their money to be received. When I asked where can I pay the lady got upset and responded only by saying that she was busy. If you hate your job simply quit and do not do it. Do not treat your customer like they are been paid for buying your stuff!!!
