★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het verblijf in Arjan's gastenhuis was heerlijk! Het huisje was in het echt zelfs beter dan op de foto's! De woning biedt alles wat er nodig is voor een relaxt verblijf in Rotterdam; een heerlijk bad voor ontspanning thuis en het centrum is binnen 10min te bereiken voor ontspanning buiten. Daarnaast is Arjan een ontzettend vriendelijke gastheer, die zijn uiterste best doet om jouw verblijf tot een succes te maken. Een aanrader!
 The stay at Arjan's guest house was wonderful! The cottage was in fact even better than on the pictures! The house offers everything that is needed for a relaxed stay in Rotterdam; a wonderful bath for relaxation at home and the center can be reached within 10min for relaxation outside. In addition, Arjan is an incredibly friendly host, who does his utmost to make your stay a success. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely and quirky place to stay. With all the comforts one could ask for from digital tv, internet to a nice bathroom. At check in the enterior was described as as a work in progress so with the fine tuning it can only get better. We came to visit family over the Xmas period with our small dog and 10year old daughter. Having lived and still owning a house we know rotterdam well. This is an ideal spot to explore the city. A lot of new eateries, coffee roasters, urban bakery, a beer brewery are al within 10min walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The neighbourhood is a residential street with young families, young adults and older families alike. Peaceful in the evenings and a quiet safe haven when you're tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. Arjan was a relaxed and laid back host and communication was easy and everything arranged as planned. I'm writing this beaming review with a heavy heart as I'd like to keep this spot secret just so we'd could easily book this spot again ;) I wish Arjan good luck with this air bnb spot we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
