★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enthousiaste ontvangst met uitleg over de B&B en activiteiten in de omgeving. Kamer op 1e verdieping met uitzicht over open velden. De eigen badkamer (douche) is gelegen op (eigen) vide bereikbaar met eigen stijle stalen spiraaltrap die behoorlijk kraakt. Als u 's nachts regelmatig naar het toilet moet bent u gewaarschuwd. Er zijn andere kamers zonder eigen trap. Ruime ontbijtruimte . Op dit moment tafelbediening.
Ruime keus. Je komt niets tekort. Gezamenlijke lounge zithoek , eigenaar Erik maakte, 's avonds, indien gewenst, de open haard aan. Koelkast voor een drankje in de lounge of bij het diner dat Erik voor zijn eigen gezin maakte en waarvan hij de gasten liet meegenieten. Ruim terras waar je met mooi weer kunt ontbijten.
B&B ligt aan fietsknooproute met zicht op België. Fietspontje op korte afstand (in de zomer) over de Maas.
 Enthusiastic reception with explanation about the B&B and activities in the area. 1st floor room with views over open fields. The private bathroom (shower) is located on (private) loft accessible with its own steep steel spiral staircase that creaks quite a bit. You have been warned if you have to go to the toilet regularly at night. There are other rooms without private stairs. Spacious breakfast room. Table service at the moment.
Wide choice. You lack nothing. Shared lounge seating area, owner Erik lit the fireplace in the evening, if desired. Fridge for a drink in the lounge or with dinner that Erik made for his own family and which he let the guests enjoy. Spacious terrace where you can have breakfast when the weather is nice.
B&B is located on a cycling route with a view of Belgium. Bicycle ferry at a short distance (in summer) over the Maas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, friendly hosts. Very considerate of the mobility of two of our party. Wonderful breakfast. Really cool rooms with original art work. I would definitely plan a visit to The Netherlands again and stay here.
