Tijdens mijn verblijf bleek de kraan in de keuken los te zitten, en kon deze alle kanten opgedraaid worden, wat het vullen van een glas/flesje o.i.d. wat lastig maakte.
Hoewel het in de koudere dagen van het jaar prima vertoeven is, als de vloerverwarming aan staat, kleeft daar gelijk ook een nadeel aan: er ligt overal vloerverwarming, dus ook in de slaapkamer (begane grond). Daardoor is het 's nachts (veel) te warm. Helaas is het niet mogelijk om de vloerverwarming in de slaapkamer op de begane grond uit te schakelen, ook als de vloerverwarming in de woonkeuken wel aan staat.
Je zou dan de thermostaat 'n uur of 2 voor het slapen gaan terug kunnen draaien, maar dan zit je, zeker in de koudere dagen, 's avonds meer in de kou.
 Excellent stay in a beautiful environment.
During my stay, the tap in the kitchen turned out to be loose, and it could be turned in all directions, which made filling a glass/bottle or the like. which made it difficult.
Although it is great to stay in the colder days of the year, when the underfloor heating is on, there is also a disadvantage: there is underfloor heating everywhere, including in the bedroom (ground floor). As a result, it is (much) too hot at night. Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch off the underfloor heating in the bedroom on the ground floor, even if the underfloor heating in the kitchen diner is on.
You could then turn the thermostat back an hour or two before going to sleep, but then you will be in the cold more in the evening, especially in the colder days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on a cycling tour en route from Calais to Amsterdam. Can cycle on national route 11 right to the door on the canal tow path. Very hospitable, excellent breakfast, great amenities including luxurious bathroom, 4 minute walk down to an excellent restaurant on the water, very quiet at night, easy 30 minute cycle into Delft. Beautiful countryside. Perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here 4 night, 4 adults and 2 children < 13. The house is beautiful and the surroundings were unbelievably peaceful and pleasant.
The hospitality was great and the only minor ‘down’ was a broken mosquitoes net that didn’t let us open a window so the room stayed quite warm in a summer night. Other than that - we had a beautiful (!) stay
