★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komt zijn afspraken niet na. Als hij er op aan wordt gesproken, raakt hij geïrriteerd. Vraagt wel begrip voor zichzelf, maar heeft geen begrip voor de klant. Ik vind hem niet constructief in het oplossen van een probleem met de klant.
Doesn't keep his promises. When confronted about it, he gets irritated. Asks for understanding for himself, but has no understanding for the customer. I don't find him constructive in solving a problem with the customer.
