★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er is de afgelopen maanden hard gewerkt om de contouren van de oude kerk van Neerkant die in WOII werd verwoest terug te laten komen in het straatbeeld. Inmiddels is een zgn. kademuur aangebracht op de oude fundering. Ook de brug over de wadi is al geplaatst. Een historisch stukje Neerkant krijgt vorm in het hart van ons dorp! Op de achtergrond zien we het Heilig hart beeld van Jezus die naar de hemel wijst.
 In recent months, a lot of hard work has been done to bring the contours of the old Neerkant church that was destroyed in WWII back into the streets. In the meantime a so-called quay wall has been installed on the old foundation. The bridge over the wadi has also been placed. A historic part of Neerkant is taking shape in the heart of our village! In the background we see the Sacred Heart image of Jesus pointing to heaven.
