★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks het vele doorverbinden, en lange wachttijden in totaal 1 uur en 20 minuten. Ben ik erg goed en vriendelijk geholpen. Niet met een kluitje in het riet gestuurd, maar goed geholpen, er werd goed geluisterd, en men stond me uitermate netjes te woord, en uiteindelijk de oplossing gevonden. Waar ik ongekend dankbaar voor ben, na alle negatieve berichtgeving mag dit ook gezegd worden. Een groot dankjewel.
