★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I gave 5 stars, but after coming across a photo on the web, I realized the owner of this salon lied to me. When I visited for the first (and last) time, she showed me the photo in the attachment, telling me that it's her 'husband', a truck driver and has been exposed to the sun for years, with obvious results on his skin. As it proves out, this is a portrait (indeed of a truck driver, but apparently not her husband) originally published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2012 regarding prolonged sun exposure. Although the service and the products were good, I don't understand why the owner had to fool me. Why would she need to present fake data to get her message across? It's insulting and absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is great. Miss Lagas is very kind and took her time with me during my consultation for permanent hair removal (IRL). Her explanations were clear and she answered all my questions which translated into me feeling very comfortable during the consultation (and during following appointments as well). After only one treatment of IPL a lot of hair already fell out so I am very happy to continue with the treament. Furthermore, Miss Lagas really does not force any treatment or additional costs on her customers. I could tell that she really believes in her treatments and only recommends them if they are wanted and necessary.
