★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belplast en Sanipower uit Barneveld : een super bedrijf dat staat voor z'n producten en garanties. In 2016 een Best Design kraan, met 5 jaar garantie gekocht. Vorige week een probleem gemeld. Binnen 1 week, zonder gezeur, een nieuwe kraan ontvangen. Dat noem ik service. Van harte aanbevolen.
Belplast and Sanipower from Barneveld: a super company that stands for its products and guarantees. Purchased a Best Design faucet in 2016 with a 5-year guarantee. Reported a problem last week. Receive a new tap within 1 week, without the hassle. I call that service. Highly recommended.

Je vraagt telefonisch om uitleg voor een issue en vervolgens krijg je een enorme grote mond.
Ik formuleer het nog netjes maar het is nog geen halve ster waard, schandalig! Zou er graag een klacht ergens over indienen.
Onbeschrijflijk onbeschoft gewoon!!!!!!!
Bad experience with the Barneveld location.
You ask for an explanation by telephone for an issue and then you get a huge mouth.
I still formulate it nicely but it is not worth half a star, outrageous! Would like to make a complaint about something.
Just indescribably rude !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het bedrijf heeft een typfout gemaakt in het adres en na veel bellen en mailen geen reactie, resultaat is dat mijn bestelling ergens aan de andere kant van Nederland bezorgd zal worden.
Hopen dat we ons geld nog terug kunnen krijgen en bestellen hier nooit meer!
The company made a typo in the address and after many calls and emails no response, the result is that my order will be delivered somewhere on the other side of the Netherlands.
Hope we can still get our money back and never order here again!
