Wil je ruilen of annuleren, of heb je een defect product? Wij helpen je graag! Voordat je je toestel terugstuurt is het belangrijk om deze te back-uppen en terug te zetten naar fabrieksinstellingen (ook wel: resetten). Dit is noodzakelijk om het te kunnen verwerken, en daarnaast wordt op deze manier alles verwijderd zodat er geen persoonlijke gegevens meer op je toestel staan.

Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het resetten van je toestel. Als je dit niet doet of als het niet lukt, dan worden de gegevens alsnog van je toestel gewist, voor zover mogelijk. Daarnaast ga je er dan mee akkoord dat je gegevens mogelijk worden doorgestuurd naar bijvoorbeeld een reparatiebedrijf.

Reparaties worden uitgevoerd door gespecialiseerde reparatiebedrijven. Wordt je toestel, of een onderdeel daarvan, vervangen door een nieuwe? Dan wordt je oude toestel of onderdeel zorgvuldig vernietigd of gerecycled door het reparatiebedrijf.

Bought a Pixel 3 here for 850EUR. It broke after 8 months (stuck in a reboot loop, manufacturers fault.), send it back and got it back 1 month later but this time the camera was broken ( google Pixel 3 owners face crippling camera bug, little support, again manufacturers fault) so I send it back again and then just ..nothing. They try to get me to accept a second hand phone instead and they say they can't know when phone will be fixed. I haven't seen my phone for over 110 days now. When I call they say "We send it out to another company to fix and they aren't telling us when it's ready". I will honestly never buy from this shop again. I think they are just waiting till the 1 year warranty passes and then give me back a broken phone. They even refused to answer my emails. Possibly the worst customer experience I ever encountered. They say "sorry your phone broke after 6 months so we can't really do anything". Don't be fooled by the 1 year warranty they give you. Edit: after posting loads of reviews on the internet they finally send me a new phone after 122 days of me complaining. Being nice and friendly did not help. Causing a big stink did.

Very friendly to approach. Full assistance be given when required. Site could be more customer friendly. Removing of input is rather difficult without assistance of staff.

Recently bought phone from this store on contract. The staff over here were very helpful and very accommodating to my request. They were quick to provide me with the phone and also help me on later with it. I will definitely recommend them.
