★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angebliche Lagerware konnte nicht geliefert werden. Dann wurde behauptet, die Lieferung wäre schon raus. Die Sendungsverfolgung ergab eine Lieferung in eine andere Stadt mit Datum vor unserer Bestellung. Nach unserer Stornierung wurde dann eine Teillieferungen angekündigt. Nach nochmaligen Aufforderung der Rückerstattung des Betrages und Ankündigung der Annahmeverweigerung wurde behauptet, die Zahlung wäre über Paypal zurückerstattet worden Rückfrage bei Paypal ergab, auch das war gelogen. Ohne Paypal hätten wir unser Geld nicht zurück bekommen. Sehr unseriöser Händler. Ich werde dort nie wieder etwas kaufen.
 Alleged stock items could not be delivered. Then it was claimed that the delivery was already out. The shipment tracking showed a delivery to another city with the date before our order. After our cancellation, a partial delivery was announced. After another request for the refund of the amount and announcement of the refusal of acceptance, it was claimed that the payment would have been refunded via PayPal. Inquiry with PayPal revealed that this was also a lie. Without PayPal we would not have got our money back. Very dubious dealer. I will never buy anything there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich hier am Ende draufgezahlt. Ich musste ein Produkt zurückschicken, da ich es aufgrund eines neuen Namens falsch bestellt hatte. Der Lieferung lag kein Formular zum Widerruf und kein Retourenetikett bei. Die Möglichkeit zum Widerruf musste ich lange auf der Website suchen und die Kosten für die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen. Das ist jetzt über einen Monat her. Seitdem laufe ich meinem Geld hinterher. Versuche jetzt über PayPal die Retoure geltend zu machen. Service: Note 6
Unfortunately, I paid more here in the end. I had to return a product because I ordered the wrong product due to a new name. The delivery did not include a cancellation form or a return label. I had to look for the possibility of cancellation on the website for a long time and pay the costs for the return myself. That was over a month ago now. I've been chasing my money ever since. Na het lezen van enkele reviews was ik toch sceptisch om hier te bestellen. Echter is mij dat heel goed bevallen. Veel van mijn dagelijkse producten heb ik kunnen vinden en ook de levering was vrij snel. Binnen 2 dagen was mijn order geleverd. Daarbij ontving ik ook nog eens leuke samples bij de bestelling. Negatieve reviews zeggen dus niet altijd wat. Ik kom terug!
Good service and a lot of choice
After reading some reviews I was skeptical to order here. However, I liked it very much. I was able to find many of my daily products and the delivery was also quite fast. My order was delivered within 2 days. I also received nice samples with the order. Negative reviews don't always mean something. I will return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely NOT recommend this e-shop! The product I ordered was available, 1-2 days delivery time. After one week waiting I wrote an e- mail, where is my order, because I got no payment corfirmation, nothing, only number of order. I got an answer that they wait for the product and they will send the product on thursday or friday. Okay, on Monday still nothing changed so I wrote again an e-mail. What was their answer? The product wont be anymore available and they storn my order and and send me money back! I was waiting almost 2 weeks for something, they never planned to deliver! I was scared this will happen to me, because I already read same reviews - They didnt send the product and the company answered same like to me. I would definitely order on other page if you can! Dissappointed.
