Heel goed transportbedrijf. Duidelijke offertes, duidelijke afspraken. Ophalen en afleveren gaat echt: just in time! Geen transport is hun te groot of te klein qua volume en gewicht. Heel goede service ook op de UK. Leuk bedrijf om mee samen te werken. Succes! Groeten, Toon.

Slechte chauffeurs kunnen niet de oprit opdraaien maar andere bedrijven wel met vrachtwagens en dan zetten we het maar midden op de weg beetje raar

Het pakket is heel afgeleverd maar niet volgens afgesproken tijdstip. Vooral aan de telefoon zeer onvriendelijk geholpen en alles draait om haast. Dit omdat er naar eigen zeggen altijd haast is in de transport wereld.

Ten eerste is mijn levering 3 dagen te vroeg geleverd, ik was dus niet thuis en moest snel vanuit werk naar huis komen. Tevens een onbeschofte en niet nette chauffeur die uiteindelijk snel wegreed terwijl ik had gevraagd om mij nog even te helpen

Avoid at all costs if possible. Especially in NL and if you speak English. That's the short of it. I ordered something decently expensive, between 3 and 5 thousand euros. Internal Netherlands shipment. They received said item the week before but decided not to ship it. I got a notice for delivery on Monday between 1 and 2 pm. Nothing came. Called them up, got put through several different times until I finally reached someone in the Dutch side who did speak English. He told me that for some reason, the package hadn't been loaded on the truck in the morning and he didnt know if it was at the warehouse. He said he'd call them up and call be back by the end of the day. He never called back. I called once more, different person this time, they said that they "didn't have the time to explain to me what the problem was". Something about a mistake about the shipment having to go from NL to the UK and some error. Told me he'd put me to customer service, the department I was told I was speaking to already regardless. The specific instructions he gave me were that there were 3 people that dealt with my shipment already that could "tell me the whole story of the problem with it". He patched me through to a woman who, upon hearing what I repeated from him, put me through to ... the starting menu you hear when you first call the number. I selected the customer service option, waited till I got to NL with English ONCE MORE, got told that they didnt know why it wasnt loaded onto the truck and that they would call me back later. They didn't. It's now past closing time, with no information about where my shipment is, where its going, when it's arriving at my place and, at least according to every single person I spoke to for hours that day, no clue as to where it actually was. The short and sweet of it, if you want to receive your probably expensive item at all, don't bother.
