O	Outdoor Centrum Nunspeet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een geweldige service hebben wij mogen ervaren. Één van onze klanten heeft een Vortex kijker. Na 7 jaar waren er een aantal mankementen met deze kijker en hebben we deze voor reparatie aangeboden. Vortex heeft levenslange garantie (15 jaar) en na 14 dagen kregen we een geheel nieuwe kijker toegestuurd voor onze klant. Dit noem ik nog eens service, complimenten voor Benel en Vortex. What a great service we have experienced. One of our customers has a Vortex viewer. After 7 years there were a number of defects with this viewer and we offered it for repair. Vortex has a lifetime warranty (15 years) and after 14 days we received a completely new viewer for our customer. I call this service again, compliments for Benel and Vortex.

De heren van Benel hebben ons uit de brand geholpen door (ondanks de zeer beperkte voorraad van DNP papier) een voorraad te faciliteren. Daarnaast zijn wij vorige week uitstekend geholpen bij een probleem met één van onze printers. Uitstekende service! A while ago we had a problem with the delivery of photo paper from another supplier. Unfortunately we did not receive what was needed. The gentlemen of Benel helped us out by facilitating a stock (despite the very limited stock of DNP paper). In addition, we received excellent assistance last week with a problem with one of our printers. Outstanding service!
A	Amardex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a mic for my project with 4 weeks delivery time, but unfortunately I did not recieve anything, therefore, I called multiple time and at the end of the day they told me that my mic did not arrive yet, and they did not know when my order would arrive (very unprofessional). I had very bad experience with this company , and I will not suggest it to anyone.

The only option that they gave me was to buy a new softtbox, even though if the one i have is in perfectly condition besides the fact of missing this piece. The customer support didn't show any intention of fixing the problem. Very bad experience and defiantly wouldn't recommend to anybody.
