★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to say which is better, the quality of the products or the people there. I ended up spending more time than necessary just because of the wide range of things they have. It must have to do with the awesome way they put their stuff on display. It’s clear to me that they care about their stock and they care about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is great, large assortiment, nice young staff are also helpful and nice. BUT..the seemingly owner/manager, this older guy is not shy to show you clearly that he hates cash refund and demands an exchange for another product. It's fine if there is something you like but if not, there's obvious problem. He tries pretty hard, in an unpleasant manner to say the least, for you to take something else instead of refund. I bought a pair of pants, it had a problem (small hole due to sewing problem), went back the next day, with price tags and receipt all intact, no sale item. He didn't like it, but I also couldn't find something else I wanted to take, and one I liked which had higher price but I was willing to pay the difference, was not in the right size for me. Unfortunate because its assortiment is great and convenient, but I am going to find a shop because this shop makes me nervous to buy, at least for me.
