★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onaardig en onprofessioneel personeel. Vraag me sterk af of deze mensen überhaupt ooit hebben geleerd om met 'patiënten' om te gaan. Gespreksvaardigheden zijn ver te zoeken en als je een informerende vraag stelt, hebben ze of geen idee of je wordt ongeduldig onderbroken. Ik zou zeker NIET aanraden om naar deze apotheek te gaan!!
 Unkind and unprofessional staff. I strongly wonder if these people have ever learned to deal with 'patients' at all. Conversation skills are hard to find and if you ask an informative question, they either have no idea or you are impatiently interrupted. I would definitely NOT recommend going to this pharmacy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and not friendly employees, every month i got troubles to collect my monthly medicine... even they don't check there email adress!!! They said it's on spam this not professional way to work!!!!
For example i sent email 48 hours before i need to come and collect my medicine but they didn't prepair care for costumers, they send to leidsplein brunch then leidsplein brunch to them again... They send me again to another brunch... 13:30 until 16:30 to get my medicine, she even don't want to get for me from another store lile all shops and pharmacies do for costumers,
I feel so disappointed and not respect by stuff who's working there,
Every time i visit them
I wish they will read that and be nice for the other people we are sick already we just meed medicine with smile not pad day to collect medicine

I went there the day after my surgery with the prescription of the clinic and they said I had to go to my general doctor first, so went to the doctor and he told me(correctly) that I just need to go there with my papers, so I had to came back the day after because the pharmacy was closed, the day after I show up there and still they sayed I was not in the system so I have to go back home and bring my papers again to prove that I was in the system!! Of course I have to do this in pain cause it request me a big effort cause of the big surgery I had; they were just acting like nothing happened not even saing sorry for the diseas they gave me, they have to remember they working with people and not with objects and from their action there are consequences on the life of the people cause I almost risk to don't get my medicineah and it would have been a big issue for me, the pharmacy was not even busy at the moment so instead of let me go to doctor by myself they should have call him to make clear about what was happening but kf course I easier just saying is not our problem, they are a joke not a pharmacy
