B	Bella Botesz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een afschuwelijke apotheek is dit, om 12:30 de deur dichtgooien terwijl je vriend aan de morfine moet en ik dus een uur moet gaan wachten om het recept op te halen en dan net doen alsof je ze niet zien, bah bah bah What a horrible pharmacy this is, slam the door at 12:30 while your friend is on the morphine and so I have to wait an hour to get the prescription and then pretend you don't see them, bah bah bah

Volgens andere apotheek hadden ze bij bestellen vrijdag al kunnen zien dat het niet op voorradig was bij de groothandel. Sturen je ook geen bericht dat je niet hoeft te komen. Daardoor voor niets eerder van mijn werk gegaan. Recept maar teruggevraagd.... waren nog wat verontwaardigd ook ! Eerder ook slechte ervaringen gehad. Voorlopig geen Apo Landsmeer Bad service. Re-experienced with an order that did not arrive. According to another pharmacy, when ordering on Friday they could already see that it was not in stock at the wholesaler. A	Anja Vet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange wachttijden, foutieve informatie, geirriteerd personeel met weinig zin om te werken. Glimlachen zou niet overbodig zijn. Ook na mailen met klacht, kreeg ik een mail terug zonder begrip om vervolgens in de apotheek te worden genegeerd. Ik heb verzocht om een leidinggevende, maar dit was niet mogelijk en ik kreeg ook geen naam. Long waiting times, incorrect information, irritated staff with little desire to work. Smiling wouldn't be superfluous. Even after emailing with a complaint, I received an email back without understanding and was subsequently ignored in the pharmacy. I requested a supervisor, but this was not possible and I was not given a name.
E	Erni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Donderdag 19/8 geweest om snelwerkende aspart insuline te halen. Deze was niet in voorraad. Mij werd verteld dat de insuline de volgende dag thuis bezorgd zou worden. Vandaag 20/8 om 16:30 toch maar even gebeld, daar werd meegedeeld dat de insuline onderweg is. NOU NIET NAAR ONS DUS. Hopelijk komen we het weekend goed door. En gaan we zelf in de toekomst maar een voorraad aanleggen. Bad service. Went on Thursday 19/8 to get fast-acting aspart insulin. This one was out of stock. I was told the insulin would be delivered to my home the next day. Today 20/8 at 16:30 I called anyway, there was informed that the insulin is on its way. NOW NOT TO US SO. Hopefully we'll get through the weekend well. And we are going to build up a stock ourselves in the future.

Oprecht verbaasd door alle negatieve reviews? Excellent pharmacy, I have several continuous prescriptions for my wife and myself. We are always helped correctly and friendly ?? Genuinely surprised by all the negative reviews?
S	Simona Todorova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible and unaware pharmacy this is. I have a prescription for my dog from our vet in Bulgaria and they refused to validate it and give the medication. I have a Bulgarian insurance for the dog that covers it here as well because I don't want to pay the ridiculous money for a vet here if not necessary. This pharmacy is the first one that denies medications from that clinic and that vet. I will never go there again. Plenty of pharmacies in Amsterdam that are happy to help. Why give my money to them? Not even worth the effort to complain but wanted to warn others about it, too.
