Wanneer je van te voren belt met een vraag, dan word je altijd netjes te woord gestaan. Apotheek is ruim en aan de zijkant een behoorlijk assortiment van producten die je zonder recept kunt kopen. Dat je even moet wachten oke maar hier kan je rustig meer dan 30 minuten wachten. Dit is dan ook zeker niet fijn en al helemaal niet als je echt ziek van de dokter afkomt om een recept te halen. De service van benu apotheek zuid zou er beter op worden als er wat meer balie personeel bij springt als het effe druk is. (In plaats van achter blijven hangen enz). Ik hoop dat dit probleem ook snel opgelost gaat worden anders ga ik een andere apotheek zoeken! Here at benu pharmacy south you have to wait so long until you are helped. Bezorgtijden vaak savonds rond 19.00, zodat je niet weet of de medicijnen er allemaal zijn. Nemen ook geen contact op, als de medicatie er niet is, zodat er evt. naar een oplossing gezocht kan worden. Zodat je de volgende dag zonder zit. Kreeg medicijnen van een ander mee, en zelfs dan moet je eerst heel boos worden, voordat het is opgelost. Als je vraagt waar je een klacht kan indienen weten ze het niet. En als je de apotheker vraagt te spreken, krijg je cynisch te horen dat die er over 3 weken weer is. Schijnbaar zijn ze dan vogelvrij als de apotheker op vakantie is. E	Erik Roozeboom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is telkens wat bij deze apotheek. Zonder overleg wordt het merk voorgeschreven medicijnen veranderd. Dit inmiddels meerdere malen meegemaakt. De reden die gegeven wordt is dat het merk of niet meer vergoed wordt door de ziektekostenverzekering of het herhaalrecept dat op één of andere manier niet meer geldig. Heel bijzonder. Ook als blijkt dat een bepaald medicijn wel de betreffende werkzame stof heeft maar andere hulpstoffen waar door de werking anders is, of sterker nog niet werk waar voor het bedoeld is. (Voorbeeld de ooit voorgeschreven Sandoz Omeprazol werkte goed., de nieuwe maagzuurremmers van Focus toch weer maagzuur). De voorgeschreven propranolol van TEVA (al meer dan 17 jaar in gebruik) vervangen door Accord met als gevolg (na gebruik van bijna 2 maanden) wederom de klachten van 17 jaar geleden!!!! Te bizar voor worden dat dit door een apotheek kan worden veranderd zonder overleg met de huisarts of specialist. En ook worden afspraken van levertijd niet nagekomen. Replaced the prescribed propranolol from TEVA (in use for more than 17 years) by Accord, resulting in (after use of almost 2 months) again the complaints of 17 years ago !!!! It is too bizarre that this can be changed by a pharmacy without consulting the doctor or specialist. And agreements of delivery time are also not fulfilled.

Half uur later moesten wij naar het ziekenhuis waar hij later werd behandeld aan de blinde darm, de artsen zeiden “als wij langer hadden gewacht kon het fatal zijn”. Bij deze voor de zogenaamde huisartsen die hier werken bedankt voor het onprofessionele wijze van handeling! Zogenaamd Huisartsenpraktijk M.
