β β β β β Pas kort cliΓ«nt bij deze apotheek maar al diverse discussies gehad om de juiste medicatie te krijgen en beloftes worden niet nagekomen. Onnozele antwoorden gekregen op belangrijke vragen.
Only recently a client at this pharmacy but already had several discussions to get the right medication and promises are not kept. Got silly answers to important questions.

β β β β β Wij zijn geen goede combi, medicijnen moet ik minimaal een week van te voren bestellen en dan mag ik blij zijn als ze er zijn. En als ze er wel zijn hoop ik dat ik het zelfde merk krijg en niet dat het zonder iets te zeggen veranderd is. Als ik vraag ze te komen brengen krijg ik bericht dat ik ze op moet halen. En mijn moeder van 80 die slecht te been is mag zelf naar boven lopen (richting huisarts)omdat een recept niet klopt. Toen mijn moeder een brief kreeg dat er kankerverwekkende stoffen in een medicijn zaten en zij ongerust bij hen kwam was het antwoord" u kunt dit toch zeker zelf wel lezen, dit geldt niet voor u. Nu heb ik ze maar eens in de 3 maanden nodig dus ik trek het wel, maar echt vrienden zullen wij niet worden.
We are not a good combination, I have to order medicines at least a week in advance and I can be happy when they are there. And if they are there, I hope I get the same brand and not that it has changed without saying anything. When I ask to bring them, I get a message that I have to pick them up. And my 80-year-old mother who has difficulty walking is allowed to walk upstairs herself (towards the doctor) because a prescription is not correct. When my mother received a letter that there were carcinogenic substances in a medicine and she came to them worried, the answer was "you can certainly read this yourself, this does not apply to you. Now I only need them once every 3 months so I can handle it, but we will not really be friends.
