★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotheek heeft een goede service. Medicijnen zijn in sommige gevallen wel een dag later aanwezig maar daar wordt je netjes over gebeld. Bij een twijfelachtige situatie heb ik de apotheker te spreken gevraagd en deze mijnheer nam de tijd om alles samen met mij uit te zoeken. Prima dus.
Pharmacy has a good service. In some cases, medicines are available a day later, but you will be properly called about this. In a doubtful situation I asked to speak to the pharmacist and this gentleman took the time to sort everything out with me. So fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Systeem met afhalen in de kluis is prima, maar vaak onwijs onnodig lange levertijd. Je bestelt medicatie voor je gezondheid, dus is een wachttijd van soms 5-7 dagen niet ok. Verder prima. Krijg netjes bevestiging per mail als het klaar ligt met alle instructies etc.
System with collection in the safe is fine, but often unnecessarily long delivery time. You order medication for your health, so a waiting time of sometimes 5-7 days is not ok. Otherwise fine. Receive a neat confirmation by e-mail when it is ready with all instructions etc.
