P	Peter Boer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben hier naartoe gegaan omdat mijn huisarts in hetzelfde gebouw zit. De eerste kennismaking verliep al erg stroef, onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd. Maar goed, je geeft iemand een kans. Maar na telkens een chagrijnig iemand voor mij te hebben en dat er telkens ook nog gewerkt wordt met een stemming van 'ik wil liever hier weg', er tot 2 maal toe foutjes worden gemaakt, uitleg vragen waarom dit (telkens) fout gaat en nu met de laatste keer een arrogante medewerkster die niet eens tijd en begrip nam, waarom er wederom iets fouts is gegaan, ben ik overgestapt naar een andere en zeer vriendelijkere en behulpzamere apotheek. Wel ietwat uit de buurt, maar dat heb ik er wel voor over. Overigens ben ik niet de enige die zich er aan stoort, want ik zie en hoor meer mensen met medewerkers in discussie gaan omtrent 'foutjes' en onvriendelijk handelen.. I went here because my doctor is in the same building. The first meeting was already very stiff, unfriendly and uninterested. Anyway, you give someone a chance. But after always having a cranky person in front of me and always working with a vote of 'I would rather leave here', making mistakes twice, asking for an explanation why this (always) goes wrong and now with the last time an arrogant employee who did not even take time and understand why something went wrong again, I switched to a different and more friendly and helpful pharmacy. A bit out of the way, but I want to do that. Incidentally, I am not the only one who is bothered by it, because I see and hear more people discuss with employees about 'mistakes' and unfriendly actions.
B	Blanca van Lohuizen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede apotheek! De huisarts zit in het zelfde gebouw samen met het bloedprikken. Ideaal voor mensen die graag alles in 1 willen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en vragen kunnen altijd met de arts en/of assistente neergelegd worden. Ben je niet zo weg van artsen/bloed/naalden/poespas? Ze hebben veel ervaring en helpen je met het kiezen van de beste optie voor jou! Good pharmacy! The doctor is in the same building with the blood tests. Ideal for people who want everything in 1. Staff is very friendly and questions can always be submitted with the doctor and / or assistant. Are you not so fond of doctors / blood / needles / fuss? They have a lot of experience and will help you choose the best option for you!

Na 5 minuten van 3e wachtende naar 1 wachtende waarop ze doodleuk de verbinding verbreken met de mededeling "probeert u het later nog eens". Denken niet mee over medicijniname, ook als iets niet leverbaar is denken ze niet graag mee over alternatieven Difficult to reach at times. After 5 minutes from 3rd waiting to 1 waiting, they happily break the connection with the message "try again later". Do not think about taking medication, even if something is not available, they do not like to think about alternatives
R	Raymond Stefan Langoor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet erg vriendelijk personeel vanmiddag nog werd ik nogal bot geholpen door een medewerker wat ook vaak gebeurd is dat de medicijnen niet voorradig zijn ! En wat ook vaak gebeurd is dat ruimte vol is en dat geen 1 medewerker je helpt ja pas na 5 min !! Jammer Not very friendly staff this afternoon I was helped quite bluntly by an employee which often happened that the medicines are not in stock! And what often happened is that space is full and that no 1 employee helps you yes only after 5 min!! Unfortunately
L	L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel luistert niet naar simpele verzoeken. Maken constant fouten, onder andere slechte communicatie naar het ziekenhuis om herhaal recepten. Erg frustrerend dit. Ook verwijzen ze je vaak naar de website die erg on overzichtelijk is. Staff don't listen to simple requests. Constantly making mistakes, including poor communication to the hospital to repeat prescriptions. Very frustrating this. They also often refer you to the website that is very unclear.

Misschien hebben ze recentelijk wat dingen veranderd maar ik vind het een erg fijne apotheek, ben er nu al een paar maanden en ze zijn altijd erg vriendelijk tegen mij geweest, informeren me over bijwerkingen en wat ik wel en niet kan nemen, medicatie staat altijd super snel klaar. No idea why there are so many negative reviews here. They may have changed some things recently but I think it's a very nice pharmacy, I've been there for a few months now and they have always been very friendly to me, informing me about side effects and what I can and cannot take, medication is always great quickly ready.
H	Hanna Mae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne apotheek. Handig systeem met de afhaalautomaat, zo kan je je medicatie op elk moment ophalen wanneer het jou uitkomt. De huisarts zit er boven dus dat is ook ideaal. Nice pharmacy. Handy system with the pick-up machine, so you can pick up your medication at any time when it suits you. The doctor is upstairs so that is also ideal.
