★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds het benu geworden is, is het online bestellen dramatisch. Elke keer handmatig de medicatie moeten invullen en heel lang wachten tot je bevestiging krijgt dat het klaarligt.. overgestapt omdat deze dichtbij is maar ik twijfel toch sterk weer terug te gaan naar mijn oude apotheek, dan maar een stukje rijden voor betere service..
Since it got used up, online ordering has been dramatic. Having to manually fill in the medication every time and wait a long time until you get confirmation that it is ready.. switched because it is close by but I strongly doubt to go back to my old pharmacy, then just drive a bit for better service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind BENU hier in zit is de kwaliteit van service tot ver beneden NUL afgenomen. Klanten staan met 5+ in rij te wachten en het aanwezige personeel wauwelt gewoon door alsof er niemand staat. En als ze toevallig eens oogcontact maken met wachtende klanten wordt er snel weggekeken. "Als we maar niet wat moeten doen".
En die kale manager wat er rondloopt is nog een graad erger. Wat een eikel. Bot. Kort-af. Ronduit onbeschoft en negeert de klanten die al lang wachten even hard.
Wat mij betreft mag BENU failliet gaan. Veel slechter dan dit kan het niet meer worden denk ik.
Since BENU has been involved in this, the quality of service has declined to far below ZERO. Customers are waiting in line with 5+ and the staff present just wows on as if nobody is there. And if they happen to make eye contact with waiting customers, they quickly look away. "As long as we don't have to do something".
And that bald manager that is walking around is even worse. What a jerk. Bone. Short-cut. Downright rude and equally harshly ignores the customers who have been waiting a long time.
As far as I am concerned, BENU may go bankrupt. I don't think it can get much worse than this.
