Je voulais acheter des Pieces déjà réservé mais quand je téléphone ont me raccroche au nez pourquoi je parle pas le néerlandais j’irai chercher mais Pieces ailleurs !!!!!!

Gebruikte automatische transmissie gekocht. Netjes geleverd door eigen transporteur, advies gekregen voor oplossen van coderingsprobleem. Wagen is weer gerepareerd, klant is happy.

Goede ervaring met Benzon! Behulpzaam, ruime keuze en denken mee (toen het in mijn geval met een M Sport remset even ingewikkeld werd). Aanrader als je BMW onderdelen zoekt!

Packaging was full of used liquid oil and the part (rear light) turned out to be English and not usable.

I was totally desparate to find a differential for my old BMW Z3. My neighbor gave me the Benzon's address, and I contacted them. Reaction time was not so quick, but at the end I got a differential in a perfect condition, and with a price 50% cheaper compared to other announcements ! Last thing, they speak English.... What else ;-)

Do not reply to e-mail. Do not pay the promised refund. Send the goods only wrapped in plastic. Promised a refund but did not pay it. SCAM! Update 30.6.2021 The problem is that the packaging was just plastic. It’s really weird to think that only plastic protects the fender during cargo. The freight company would have compensated for the damage if the packaging had also been cardboard. I do not understand why they cannot reimburse 50% of the total amount. Generally, if the fault is due to the supplier they will reimburse the full amount. I ordered the fender from another supplier and it was also packed in cardboard. No problem, the fender arrived in good condition. Still not replying to the message. Really weird entrepreneur. I can't recommend. It is not said that posting would be impossible in the event of a breach. They just said they don't do business in Finland. I arranged the transportation myself, but of course I can’t pack the shipment. Packing is the responsibility of the sender, it has failed. Benzon Autoparts does not properly compensate for poor packaging and resulting breakage. Be careful when there are problems do not handle complaints.
