★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat er, gezien de website zetwerkwinkel, uitzag als een professioneel bedrijf, blijkt 1 grote knullige bedoeling te zijn!
- Betaling via website is niet mogelijk, dit moet achteraf via een overschrijving.
- Levertijden worden niet nagekomen, klant wordt hierover niet geïnformeerd en als ik als klant bel wordt er beloofd dat er teruggebeld wordt wat nooit gedaan wordt(tot 3x toe)
- Er wordt telefonisch toegezegd dat bestelling klaarstaat, maar dit blijkt onwaar
Alles samenvattend een bedrijf met een mooie website, maar een organisatie die het woord klantvriendelijkheid nog nooit gehoord hebben. Ik zal hier ook NOOIT meer iets bestellen en wil andere mensen ook ontmoedigen dit te doen.
What, given the typesetting shop website, looked like a professional company, turns out to be one big clumsy intention!
- Payment via the website is not possible, this must be done afterwards by bank transfer.
- Delivery times are not met, the customer is not informed about this and when I call as a customer, they promise that they will call back which is never done (up to 3x)
- They promise by telephone that the order is ready, but this turns out to be untrue
All in all, a company with a beautiful website, but an organization that has never heard the word customer friendliness. I will NEVER order from here again and would also discourage other people from doing this.
