★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over de plaatsing van luxaflex en gordijnen. Na een week kwam de medewerker die de gordijnen had opgehangen spontaan terug met een stoomapparaat om de valse plooien glad te strijken, top!
 Very satisfied with the installation of blinds and curtains. After a week, the employee who had hung the curtains spontaneously returned with a steam device to smooth out the false folds, great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima advies gehad voor raamdecoratie en vloerbedekking. Beiden zijn vakkundig geïnstalleerd door een bekwame en vriendelijke vakman. Zeer prettig contact gehad met de medewerkers in de winkel. Content over deze mooie producten. Een aanrader!
Had great advice for window decoration and carpet. Both are expertly installed by a skilled and friendly craftsman. Had very pleasant contact with the employees in the store. Content about these beautiful products. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat is dit toch een fijne winkel. Voor de tweede keer Berg en Berg gevraagd om in ons huis vloerbedekking te leggen. Helaas was de door ons gekozen vloerbedekking niet tijdig leverbaar maar door de adequate reactie van Berg en Berg een andere vloerbedekking uit mogen zoeken die wel op de afgesproken tijd leverbaar was. Supergoed gelegd, wij zijn meer dan blij met het resultaat! Ook de nieuwe locatie in Bilthoven is erg mooi en ruim opgezet. Erg ruime keus en zeer goed advies!
What a great store this is. For the second time Berg and Berg asked to lay floor covering in our house. Unfortunately, the floor covering we chose was not available on time, but due to the adequate response from Berg and Berg we were allowed to choose another floor covering that was available at the agreed time. Very well laid, we are more than happy with the result! The new location in Bilthoven is also very beautiful and spacious. Very wide choice and very good advice!

We zijn heel goed geholpen met de keuze voor de nieuwe vloer en tapijt op trap, mochten stalen lenen om thuis te bekijken en er is heel duidelijk gecommuniceerd en afgestemd met ons over het leggen. En wat veel keuze! Vriendelijke en professionele mensen. Het leggen is vervolgens ook goed en snel gedaan, we zijn heel erg tevreden en zouden Berg en Berg de Bilt iedereen aanraden.
What a great thing! We were very well helped with the choice for the new floor and carpet on the stairs, were allowed to borrow samples to view at home and there was very clear communication and coordination with us about the installation. And what a lot of choice! Friendly and professional people. The installation was also done well and quickly, we are very satisfied and would recommend Berg en Berg de Bilt to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden mooie gordijnen besteld bij Berg en Berg maar na plaatsing waren we toch niet helemaal gelukkig met met de vorm van de gordijnrails. Dat kon verholpen worden, alleen boden de bestaande gordijnen dan niet voldoende stof. Er een stukje aanzetten vonden ze geen optie gezien mogelijk kleurverschil. Berg en Berg heeft ervoor gezorgd dat het prima in orde kwam, met een andere gordijnrails en nieuwe stof. Zonder extra kosten bovendien. Het resultaat is prachtig. Geweldige service, zeer coulant, groot compliment.
We had ordered beautiful curtains from Berg en Berg, but after installation we were not entirely happy with the shape of the curtain rails. That could be remedied, but the existing curtains did not offer sufficient dust. Turning on a bit they found no option given the possible color difference. Berg en Berg made sure it was fine, with a different curtain rail and new fabric. Moreover, without extra costs. The result is beautiful. Great service, very accommodating, big compliment.
