★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending the kundalini yoga classes once or twice a week since end of 2015 and enjoy them very much. The atmosphere at the class is surely pleasant, the exercises range from purely relaxing to challenging with an relaxing effect throughout the exercise or afterwards, and offer opportunity to learn more about yourself. They help me not only relax, but also refresh mind and body and practice patience and endurance.
At the end of the class there is usually time for tea and nice chats.
