★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every ESL Teacher I've asked has advised me not to apply to this company, and they've given various reasons. The pay is low, for one thing, I know cleaning ladies who earn just as much. Obviously the company doesn't give a hoot for skill and qualifications and are resting on the laurels of their billion-dollar corporate name that sells itself. It's a case of quality vs. quantity. I'm sure you get my drift. The point is if teachers aren't happy, students will not be happy. At indeed.com, it scores an embarrassing 3.8 from employees. It's a business, full stop. ESL teaching alone is a multi-billion dollar pie, so there are enough businesses wanting a piece of it that don't necessarily have the student's interest at heart but are only there to grow just one of the many brands they've acquired. I hope the Japanese mother company sells this school to people who do care about students, like the original Berlitz family did, instead of taking advantage of the desperation of people who need help with their language goals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad organization, frequently changing of teachers, not providing full range of courses, big brakes between courses. Better to find other school which is more professional. Those people are amateurs.
