Of juist wel, als je wilt zien hoe onklantvriendelijk een bedrijf is, waar service en oplossingsgerichtheid niet binnen de vocabulaire aanwezig is, en juist waar alleen verkopen en die-klant-boeit-me niet-meer van toepassing is. Een koffiemachine gekocht die al na één maand het niet meer doet. Gebeld met de klantservice en ze kunnen niets voor je betekenen. Leg je het probleem uit. Moest je maar eerder bellen. Helaas kunnen we niets meer voor je doen. Alleen maar kenmerken dat het puur om verkopen gaat en het ook hierbij laten. Mvg, M.K. Wil jouw collega's genieten van een 10 minuten pauze en vertrouwen dat het apparaat doet wat het moet doen? Dan moet je NIET bij Bernie Holdijk (nukoffie.nl) zijn. Apparaat gekocht en binnen 1 maand stuk. Het was een 2dehands apparaat, zonder garantie. Nog opgebeld om te vragen of alles goed werkt en dat werd mij gegarandeerd. Apparaat is binnen en aangesloten, maar kreeg al vrijwel gelijk foutmeldingen. Binnen 2 weken werkt het al niet meer en als antwoord krijgen wij: Uw probleem, geen garantie Nou een mooi manier van bedrijfsvoering is dat. Ik hoop dat zij nog lang en gelukkig mensen zullen oplichten - Arrived broken and not resolved - Are you looking for a good coffee machine? It doesn't work anymore within 2 weeks and the answer we get: Your problem, no guarantee Well, that is a great way of doing business. I hope they will rip people off happily ever after

Automaat zag er uit als nieuw. Goede tekst en uitleg gehad door een monteur met kennis van zaken. Wat ons betreft geen enkel minpunt te noemen. Dus een tevreden klant. Coffee machine has been in use for half a year and has already tapped a lot of coffee and other drinks, works fine, was neatly delivered and installed. Automatic looked like new. Good text and explanation had by a mechanic with knowledge. As far as we're concerned, there's not a single downside to mention. So a satisfied customer.
