★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a pretty straightforward store with kind staff who are willing to help quickly. That said, it's also a place where you can browse around freely without unsolicited intervention from the staff, which in my opinion is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very busy, it seemed like they didn't keep up with their corona measures AT ALL. I get that its different for large shops but no one was paying any attention and it felt like there were at least 40 people too many in the shop.

the workers at the stores are helpful and kind. however over 2 months ago i ordered jeans online for instore pickup, instead bershka cancelled my order (without telling me why) . it was quite annoying but i got over it, obviously because they cancelled my order i expected to receive a refund (in about 2 weeks atleast). so when i noticed i never got my money back, i emailed costumer service the only answer i got back was asking for my order number and name, and nothing further. so obviously after no reponse and no refund i decided to email again, then they just started the whole process again. i think i’ve told them my order number so many times it’s memorised. i also went to the actual store twice to see if they could help, they could not but that was out of there hands and they don’t get paid enough for that. i then finally got a response saying i could pick up my item, i went to the store and they did not have them . i also called there number a couple times, sweet people but no help. because it’s been almost 2 months and still no refund or help. i’ve been so patient but 2 months to refund. if it was some necklace i bought for 4 euros i wouldn’t mind because they rust in 1 day and it’s not worth it, but 25euros??
